Very good breakfast with plenty of food, friendly staff. Brand-new and large rooms with a terrace, a garden view plus a continental breakfast, nice pool area.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and loved the beautiful grounds and outdoor areas. The gardens were well-maintained and provided a lovely setting for walks and relaxation. The pool area was also great, with comfortable sun loungers and a separate pool for toddlers. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. It was a bonus that the hotel was located in a high-scale residential neighborhood and just a few minutes away from downtown.
The service at the hotel fell short of our expectations. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, but others seemed indifferent and unresponsive.

Friendly staff and excellent room (suite).
Hotel is not set up for handicap persons and this note has to be explicit in their advertising. Main set of standard rooms are in a 4-floor building without elevator. Since we went there for rest after a knee operation it was quite a surprise. However, we are thankful that the hotel provided a suite fairly close the main building but still a few steps to take. It is really a hotel for people interested in tennis and for young and lively people, not seniors.

Old rooms, old decoration, lazy slow staff, during 20 Dollar breakfast I complained about my eggs, to which the waiter reheated my eggs 3 teams, and brought them back, while I asked for new eggs, as they were cold. The kitchen put my eggs under the salamander grill 3 times.

Beautiful grounds, well-maintained. Nice pool area. Plenty of tennis/racquet ball. Rooms cleaned but dated. Noisy room near parking. Good continental breakfast, full menu at reasonable prices. Varied dinner menu, delicious food. Friendly staff. Far from center city, need car or Uber.

Spending New Year's Eve at this resort was amazing! The complimentary champagne and fireworks display were such a treat. The location was perfect, nestled in a lush green oasis with a tennis court and pool. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, complete with a kitchenette, perfect for cooking small meals.
The room, however, was in need of some maintenance. The bathroom was dirty and outdated, with a few rusty fixtures.

Friendly service, delicious breakfast, beautiful grounds, plenty of recreational activities, large rooms.
Not obvious to find.

This historic venue with a traditional ambiance has amazing facilities and beautiful grounds. The service is excellent and our luxurious needs were fulfilled by the Spa & wellness centre offering full body massages and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool and Spa lounge areas were perfect for a relaxing time in the sun. The restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area was perfect for an evening drink.
We had a minor issue with the room’s soundproofing, we could hear noises from other rooms nearby. However, the heated swimming pool and sun terrace made up for it.

The value for money at Racquet was great, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was convenient for visiting family, and the staff treated us with exceptional kindness and attentiveness.
The breakfast items could have been more varied and substantial.
